Upper Mustang is a restricted region. Required documents include the Restricted Area Permit (RAP) for Upper Mustang and the ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area Permit). As per regulations, travel must be with a licensed guide; the RAP is issued for a minimum of two travelers.
