21-day Manaslu to Annapurna Trek

The 21-day Manaslu to Annapurna Trek is one of Nepal’s most enriching and adventurous long-distance trekking journeys, combining two of the most iconic trails: the remote and culturally rich Manaslu Circuit and the legendary Annapurna Circuit. Spanning 21 days, this trek offers a spectacular fusion of towering Himalayan peaks, hidden valleys, ancient monasteries, ethnic villages, dramatic high passes, and diverse ecological zones.

This trek is a true epic for trekkers who want more than just mountain views. It’s a journey through the spiritual heart of Nepal, starting in the lesser-trodden Manaslu region, known for its Tibetan Buddhist culture and pristine wilderness, and gradually transitioning into the Annapurna region, famous for its iconic trails, majestic views, and more developed infrastructure. You’ll cross two high-altitude passes—Larkya La (5,160 m) and Thorong La (5,416 m) both offering sweeping 360° views of snow-clad peaks like Manaslu, Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Ganesh Himal, and Himalchuli.
