Starting from Lukla, the itinerary takes you through Sherpa strongholds like Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Dingboche, and Gokyo, with time to immerse in local culture, visit monasteries, and witness spiritual ceremonies. The best times to trek are spring (March–May) and Autumn (September–November), when optimal visibility, stable weather, and vibrant cultural festivals are available.

Arrive in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by our team and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax, recover from your journey, and explore the city if you like. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Spend the day exploring the cultural landmarks of Kathmandu. You’ll visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites like Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Pashupatinath Temple, and Boudhanath Stupa. After sightseeing, we will finalize the trek preparations, including briefings, permits, and gear check. Overnight in Kathmandu.
In the morning, you’ll take a 35-minute flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, a small mountain airstrip. From Lukla, begin your trek to Phakding, which takes about 3 to 4 hours. The walk is easy, passing through beautiful landscapes and charming Sherpa villages. Overnight in Phakding.
After breakfast, you’ll begin the trek towards Namche Bazaar, a major trading hub in the region. The trail follows the Dudh Koshi River, crosses several suspension bridges, and winds through forests. The last stretch of the trek is a steep ascent up to Namche. The views of the surrounding mountains are magnificent. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.
This day is for acclimatization. You’ll take a short trek around Namche Bazaar, visiting Everest View Hotel for stunning views of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and other peaks. You can also visit the Sherpa Museum to learn about the culture and history of the region. This helps your body adjust to the high altitude. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.
Today, the trek will take you to Tengboche, famous for the Tengboche Monastery, the largest in the region. The trail goes through beautiful forests of pine and rhododendron, with occasional views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Upon arrival in Tengboche, visit the monastery and enjoy the serene atmosphere. Overnight in Tengboche.
Today’s trek leads you to Dingboche, a small village with stunning views of the surrounding peaks. The trail offers breathtaking views as you cross rivers, pass through valleys, and ascend gradually to Dingboche. The day’s trek is a bit longer, but the landscape makes it worthwhile. Another acclimatization day. You’ll hike to Nangkartshang Peak for panoramic views of Makalu, Lhotse, and Cho Oyu. This short trek will help your body adjust to the high altitude. You’ll also have time to rest and explore the village. Overnight in Dingboche.
Today, you’ll trek to Chhukung, a small village known for its stunning views of peaks. After reaching Chhukung, you’ll ascend Chhukung Ri for an excellent panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. This will also help with acclimatization. Overnight in Chhukung.
The day begins with the challenging trek across Kongma La Pass (5,535m), one of the highest passes on the trek. The trail is rugged and demanding, but the views from the top are breathtaking. After crossing the pass, descend to Lobuche, a small settlement with stunning views of Pumori and other peaks. Overnight in Lobuche.
Today, you’ll trek to Gorak Shep, a small settlement near Everest Base Camp. After reaching Gorak Shep, continue your journey to Everest Base Camp, where you’ll be rewarded with close-up views of the world's highest mountain. After spending time at the base camp, return to Gorak Shep for an overnight stay.
Early in the morning, you’ll hike up to Kala Patthar, one of the best viewpoints for panoramic views of Mount Everest and surrounding peaks. After spending some time at the summit, descend to Lobuche for an overnight stay.
Today’s trek will take you to Dzongla, a small village that lies at the foot of Cholatse Peak. The route is relatively short and allows you to rest while soaking in the stunning views of the surrounding peaks. Overnight in Dzongla.
Crossing Cho La Pass is one of the highlights of this trek. The pass lies at an altitude of 5,420m and requires a challenging ascent. Once over the pass, you’ll descend to Gokyo, a beautiful area known for its pristine lakes and incredible views of the Himalayas. Overnight in Gokyo.
Take a rest day to explore the Gokyo Lakes. You’ll hike to Gokyo Ri, a peak offering stunning panoramic views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and other peaks. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore the 4th and 5th Gokyo Lakes. Overnight in Gokyo.
Today, you’ll cross Renjo La Pass, another high-altitude pass that offers incredible views of the surrounding peaks. After crossing the pass, descend to Marlung for an overnight stay. The journey is long, but the views make it worthwhile.
Today, you’ll descend back to Namche Bazaar. The trek is mostly downhill, offering views of the valleys and mountains. Upon arrival in Namche, you can relax and enjoy the amenities of the village. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Today’s trek takes you back to Lukla. The journey is relatively easy as you descend through Sherpa villages, crossing rivers, and enjoying the last views of the high peaks. Overnight in Lukla.

Take a scenic flight back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax, shop, or explore the city. Overnight in Kathmandu.

After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your departure flight, bringing an end to this unforgettable adventure in the Everest region.
