Booking & Confirmation

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 20–30% of the total trip cost is required. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in Nepal before the trek or tour begins.

All bookings will be confirmed only after we receive the advance payment and send you a confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your trip, the following terms apply:

• 30 days or more before trip start: 33% cancellation charge(excluding bank/transaction charges).
• 15–29 days before the trip starts: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Less than 15 days before the trip starts: No refund.
• No-shows or early departures: No refund will be provided.

Trip Postponement & Changes

You may reschedule your trip at no extra cost if you inform us at least 30 days in advance. Date changes made less than 30 days before departure may incur additional fees.

Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

In cases of cancellations due to natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations, or events beyond our control:

• We will offer an alternative trip of similar value, OR
• Provide a partial refund after deducting expenses already incurred.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through your original payment method.

Note: Bank/transaction charges are non-refundable. Discounted or special-offer trips are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend travelers to have comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellation & interruption
• Medical expenses
• Emergency evacuation
• Lost baggage
